Our focus is on working with purpose-driven organizations to build more inclusive and equitable operations to attract, promote and invest in more diverse individuals. Roxanne Leduc

Roxanne worked in venture capital, and now sits on the board of Canadian Women in VC.  Roxanne has worked for 10 years around helping organizations build and launch innovation portfolios, and she recently published a research with HEC Montréal on ways to close the gender gap in VC.

Éloïse holds a Post-graduate certificate in the Management of Diversity in Organizations. Her professional journey includes working at McKinsey and another DEI consulting firm in Canada. Éloïse co-led a pioneering initiative dedicated to supporting colleagues with disabilities, demonstrating her steadfast commitment to fostering inclusive workplace cultures.
